Np. Andreeva et al., Effect of electrolyte concentration on the frequencies of rotational resonances of water molecules, OPT SPECTRO, 87(2), 1999, pp. 247-248
It is shown by the method of polarization spectroscopy of Rayleigh wing sca
ttering that in the case of small NH4Cl concentrations (0.01-0.2 mol/l) the
frequencies of low-frequency resonances of water molecules shift to the hi
gh-frequency region, whereas their positions for higher concentrations are
shifted to the low-frequency region.
