Abstract
The role of the radial reconstruction of electronic shells of an atomic res idue in the field of a deep vacancy and the process of multiple excitation/ ionization in the formation of indicatrices of anomalous elastic scattering of nonpolarized X-ray radiation by Ne and Ar atoms near the ionization thr eshold of the 1s shell is studied.
