Abstract
The quantum electrodynamical effects of radiative interference in the recom bination of electrons with heavy multicharged ions are discussed. Numerical calculations of the corresponding cross sections in the vicinities of KL12 M12 and KM12M12 dielectronic recombination resonances of the heliumlike ura nium have been performed. The results obtained may serve as a focus for nea r-future experiments with the Super-EBIT facilities. [S1050-2947(99)07008-0 ].
