A 58-year old man with wilson's disease sustained a bilateral spontaneous r
upture of the quadriceps tendon. The histological investigation showed adva
nced degeneration of tendon structure and cupper deposits. After tenosuture
the patient had complete cure with full range of movement. We discuss abou
t relation of wilson x s disease, cupper deposits and degenerative changes
of tendon tissue.
