Abstract
We report on two Italian brothers with facial clefting, hypertelorism, urog enital anomalies including micropenis, shawl scrotum, hearing loss, caudal appendage, and umbilical hernia, We have evaluated the two cases as Malpuec h syndrome, This is an extremely rare autosomal recessive syndrome.
