Abstract
The use of PRISM (Parameter-Related Internal Standard Method) with sequenti al inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer (ICP-OES) was i nvestigated. Nickel concentration vias determined in samples with high salt and acid content. The results obtained with PRISM were compared with data without any correction, the il:results were obtained by updating the calibr ation and using yttrium as an internal standard. The quality of the analyti cal results was markedly improved by using PRISM.
