Abstract
The electrical performance of photovoltaic (PV) cells, modules, and systems are rated in terms of their maximum electrical power with respect to a tot al irradiance, temperature, and spectral irradiance. The impact of the refe rence conditions, measurement procedures, and equipment on the performance rating is discussed.
