Abstract
The absence of ejaculation in two patients treated with risperidone is desc ribed. This side-effect has rarely been reported. The mechanism responsible for ejaculation dysfunction in risperidone treated patients is unclear, bu t might be due to the alpha(1)-adrenergic antagonist action of the drug.
