In this paper we investigate the dynamics of tyro charged particles on coni
cal space in the context of nonrelativistic quantum mechanics. This is a di
fficult analytic problem, different from the flat case, and for this reason
only the approximation method provides some information about this system.
We also analyze the behavior of a point electric dipole on this background
space and show that it experiences a repulsive self-force of topological o
rigin.
