Abstract
A woman of 42 years of age who suffered for more than 20 years from ur inary incontinence because of MS, developed a vaginal stone, weighing 1 kg. Due to pressure necrosis she had a large vesico-vaginal fistula. The stone was removed during laparotomy. An ileum conduit was perform ed in the same session.
