Abstract
To date, sildenafil has been reported to reverse antidepressant-induced sex ual dysfunction (Rosenberg, 1999; Schaller ge Behar, 1999). To the author's knowledge the case immediately following is the first report of sildenafil 's being used to successfully reverse antipsychotic-induced sexual dysfunct ion. The second case is the first report of sildenafil's being combined wit h behavioral therapy for erectile dysfunction.
