FCNC process in B decay and the vector meson dominance

We investigate how the vector meson dominance affects the O(alpha(s)) virtu al corrections in addition to the bremsstrahlung correction while working o ut the matrix elements for b --> s gamma and b --> d gamma decays. Long-dis tance effect alone is not appreciable but it is a good supplement to the sh ort-distance contribution. We obtain better results for the inclusive decay s.
