Abstract
Second harmonic generation in helically twisted SmC* liquid crystal is anal ysed for oblique light propagation with respect to the helical axis. Numeri cal results for the harmonic wave close to the Bragg reflection band show s trong resonant enhacement of the second harmonic light intensity.
