Abstract
Pyoderma gangrenosum is a neutrophilic dermatosis of unknown aetiology. Vis ceral involvement by pyoderma gangrenosum is rare, the lung being the most frequent site of extracutaneous disease. We describe a 73-year-old man with pyoderma gangrenosum and chronic myelomonocytic leukaemia in whom aseptic hepatosplenic abscesses and bony lesions were associated.
