Abstract
Third-instar larvae of the zoline genera Oopterus Guerin-Meneville and Idac arabus Lea are described and illustrated. It is confirmed that both studied taxa belong to the supertribe Trechitae; however, monophyly of Zolini rema ins doubtful. Larvae of the studied taxa possess a set of almost exclusivel y plesiomorphic character states and the relationships of the two genera wi thin Trechitae are not evident.
