Analysis of the frequency of mutant T-helpers as a parameter for biodosimetry

The present article is devoted to development of a model of restoration of the dose based on the frequency of mutant T-helpers. The object of the stud y is lymphocytes of peripheral blood of children exposed to radioiodine the rapy on medical indications. On the basis of mathematical processing it is shown that the frequency of m utant cells is directly related with additional radiation doses. The charac ter of the relation is found and the mathematical basis of restoration of t he biological dose is developed.
