Abstract
Primary hepatocellular carcinoma is the second most common gastrointes tinal cancer (GIT) in the Kingdom.(1,2) Skin metastasis occur mainly i n advanced cases. Using Medline Search only 48 cases of skin metastasi s from hepatocellular carcinoma have been reported in the world litera ture in the past 10 years, with no report from Saudi Arabia.
