Abstract
Quality assurance is a management system designed to achieve an approved le vel of quality for a service as well as to evaluate and compare the results of a process or work. This article deals with quality assurance and contro l schemes in the field of clinical and forensic pathology, which are intend ed to provide high-quality results.
