Ceramics (Pb0.90Ba0.10)[(Mn1/2W1/2)(y)Ti1-y]O-3 for y = 0.05, 0.10 and 0.15
are studied by means of x-ray, SEM and dielectric measurements. All specim
ens are found to have single phase with perovskite type tetragonal structur
e. The effect of Ti-site modification with Mn and W is discussed in the lig
ht of structural and dielectric properties. Results show that the phase tra
nsition has diffusive character and diffusivity parameter increases with in
crease in the value of y.
