Abstract
We evaluate both the vacuum decay rate at zero temperature and the finite t emperature nucleation rate for the (8 lambda/4! phi(4) + sigma/6!phi(6))(3D ) model. Using the thin-wall approximation, re obtain the bounce solution f or the model and we were also able to give the approximate eigenvalue equat ions for the bounce.
