The most common manifestation of ocular tuberculosis in patients with mili ary is Bouchut tubercules, An atypical feature of ocular tuberculosis is di scussed: a pseudotumoral choroidian granuloma. The behavior of the lesion a nd its response to antituberculous therapy was documented clinically by fun dus photography on fluorescein angiography.
