Abstract
Hydatid disease, a parasitic infestation, is endemic in live-stock raising countries where the custom of feeding offal to dogs prevails. Though infest ation of any part of the human body can occur, arterial involvement is a ra re affliction. We report here the first case in which abdominal aorta and b ilateral iliac arteries were totally occluded with intraluminal cysts.
