Abstract
The effects of chromium toxicity on hatching process and the changing devel opmental sensitivity of tadpoles of Bufo melanostictus were studied. Result s reveal that percentage of hatching decreased as the concentration of chro mium increased. The tadpoles also exhibited differential sensitivity to the same toxicant during different stages of development.
