Abstract
The new contributions to the charmless B decay B --> X-s eta' from the unit -charged technipions p(+/-) and P-8(+/-) are estimated. The technipions can provide a large enhancement to the inclusive branching ratio: Br(B --> X-s eta') similar to 7 x 10(-4) for m(p1) = 100 GeV and m(p8) = 250-350 GeV wh en the effect of QCD gluon anomaly is also taken into account. The new phys ics effect is essential to interpret the CLEO data.
