Abstract
A new type of four-port, dual-frequency, and dual-polarization printed plan ar antenna is described. As an example of application, a DECT + DCS 1800/WL AN prototype has been realized and measured. Having the same dimensions as a single SSFIP (strip-slot-foam inverted patch) antenna, it allows for pola rization diversity over two frequency bands, with four independent ports pr oviding a good isolation.
