Abstract
Preparative methods and thermal stability of disubstituted LC acetylenes wi th a -C=C- or -CH2CH2-C=C- bridge between cyclohexyl and fluorobiphenyl moi eties are described. The degradation products resulting from heating at 150 degrees C in air or a vacuum were analyzed.
