The paper describes an experimental study of the held-controlled light tran
smittance of composites containing a cholesteric liquid crystal and a cross
linked polymer. Depending on the polymer concentration, a two- or three-sta
ge reorientation process was observed. The influence of polymer concentrati
on on the angular dependence of light transmittance of the LC composites wa
s studied.
