Abstract
The condensation reaction of beta-triphenylgermanyl propanoic acid with dip henyl alpha-aminophosphonates was studied. A variety of novel diphenyl N-tr iphenylgermanylpropiono-alpha-aminophosphonates were synthesized successful ly in good yields by using DCC catalyzed by pyridine. The structures of all of the products were confirmed by (HNMR)-H-1, (PNMR)-P-31, IR, MS and elem ental analysis. The results of bioassay showed that the new products have g ood anticancer activities and very strong anti-inflammatory activities.
