Abstract
A type of bound magnetic polaron (ferron) is proposed in which the electron energy lowering occurs due to the electron interaction with the random mag netization fluctuations. These states can explain why some doped magnetic s emiconductors are highly conductive at T = 0 and insulating at T --> infini ty. [S0163-1829(99)50534-1].
