An evolution of the density perturbation spectrum of neutralino cold dark m
atter in an expanding universe is investigated. Background neutralino scatt
ering is taken into account. This scattering is shown to determine the deve
lopment of the fluctuation spectrum far a long time after neutralino freezi
ng out. A primordial fluctuation spectrum cut-off and the mass of minimal o
