Abstract
Introduction and exegesis. - The authors report a case of sinus node dysfun ction that occurred in a 22-year-old patient with Graves' disease and disap peared after thyroidectomy. Conclusion. - Bradycardia is uncommon ill hyperthyroidism, the sinus node d ysfunction would be due to thyrotoxicity-related myocarditis. (C) 1999 Else vier; Paris.
