Abstract
A 39-year-old man with a known diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma develo ped intermittent double vision with right pupil dilatation. His sympto ms eventually progressed to complete oculomotor nerve palsy on the rig ht, Postmortem examinations revealed a metastasis of the adenocarcinom a involving the root of right oculomotor nerve.
