The concept of global racism provides a theoretical base on which to examin
e the everyday and the global and historical, and spatial connections and i
s integral to the conceptualization of antiracism and antiracist praxis. By
examining the expansion of; perpetuation of; and struggle against global r
acism, this article argues that antiracist action ties the everyday confron
tation with racism to the global confrontation with racism, making each con
frontation and everyday struggle against racism part of a global struggle a
gainst global racism.
