Abstract
The number of lung transplants performed annually is increasing. It is beco ming more likely that these patients will present past transplantation to a nesthesiologists who have little experience in dealing with the physiologic al, pharmacological, medical and surgical problems that these patients pres ent. This article discusses the management of a patient presenting for surg ery after lung transplantation.
