Abstract
Two new methods for the modification of PAMAM dendrimers have been develope d which allow the covergent synthesis of either peptide or carbohydrate-bea ring dendrimer molecules. Both methods involve condensation between hydroxy lamino nucleophiles and appropriate carbonyl-bearing reaction partners. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
