Abstract
A 22 year old female presented with a single seizure. CT scan and craniotom y demonstrated an intraventricular papillary tumor with histologic and immu nohistochemical features indicative of a choroid plexus carcinoma. Even tho ugh the occurrence of this neoplasm is exceptional beyond childhood, pathol ogists should considered a malignant choroid plexus tumor when postulating the differential diagnosis of intraventricular papillary neoplasms in adult s.
