Abstract
We describe a patient with squamous cell carcinoma arising in a mature tera toma. Magnetic resonance (MR) images revealed a solid lobulated mass attach ed to the ovarian cyst containing a fat-fluid level. The solid component wi th extension into pelvic fat showed as hypointensity on T2-weighted MR imag es with good enhancement. A metastatic tumor to the urinary bladder was als o demonstrated.
