Abstract
This article presents a comprehensive review of instrumentation for liposuc tion. It discusses equipment for achieving anesthesia and aspirating fat. I n addition, techniques for maintaining sterility, patient monitoring, and p ostoperative care are presented. Emphasis is made on patient safety.
