Abstract
There is no standard or official recipe for the tumescent anesthetic soluti ons. The actual concentrations of lidocaine and epinephrine should depend o n the areas to be treated and clinical situation. This article discusses th e safe usage of tumescent solutions and the proper procedures and precautio ns to take when mixing these solutions.
