Abstract
We report on a pilot study for a randomized control trial of pragmatic eradication of Helicobacter Pylori in primary care. Although the samp le size is small, pragmatic eradication is likely to be cost-effective for patients with documented or suspected peptic ulcer disease on mai ntenance acid suppression therapy in primary care.
