Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to identify the vocational opportunities and challenges in working with heart, liver, or kidney transplant reci pients. We believe a review of the economic, social, psychological, an d medical issues associated with organ transplantation will provide gu idance that will help improve overall return-to-work rates.
