Processes in a positive electrooptical feedback loop of the random nature a
re considered theoretically. The possibility of the appearance of anomalous
ly large intensity fluctuations in the feedback loop, i.e., generation of s
uperbunched light, is shown within the framework of classical statistical o
ptics. The dependence of the dispersion of the light intensity on the feedb
ack coefficient is obtained in both linear and nonlinear approximations.
