Abstract
Children with learning and attention disorders commonly present with sympto ms of both types of disorders. in many children, this co-occurrence represe nts comorbid disorders that are separate but overlapping. Because of comorb idity, the presence of one disorder signals the need to evaluate for the ot her disorders. Evaluation and treatment approaches must address both disord ers when present.
