Abstract
The authors describe the surgical findings and laparoscopic treatment in a child with splenogonadal fusion associated with intra-abdominal cryptorchid ism. Laparoscopy was shown to be an excellent method for the diagnosis and treatment of this condition. No reports of similar cases using the techniqu e were found in the literature.
