Abstract
Performance ranking of panels subjected to corrosion testing is difficult w
hen the panels have similar responses to the corrosive environment. A metho
d of imaging the panels, quantifying the corrosion and normalizing the resu
lting values provides a process for accurately ranking corrosion performanc
e. This method also minimizes operator bias.
