Abstract
A method for the synthesis of 2-substituted 6,8-dinitro[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5- a]pyridines is proposed. The method includes the reaction of 2-chloro-3,5-d initropyridine with the corresponding fi-substituted tetrazoles. The result ing compounds react with anhydro bases of alpha- and gamma-methylazinium sa lts to give zwitterionic sigma-adducts.
