Abstract
A case of Kennedy's disease or X-linked bulbospinal muscular atrophy is rep orted. The patient had progressive endocrine and neurological abnormalities . The clinical picture was typical. Molecular biology testing confirmed the diagnosis. Awareness of this disease remains low, and as a result the diag nosis is often delayed. Only about hundred cases have been published.
