Abstract
The electrical characteristics of radiofrequency plasma polymerized lemongr ass oil is discussed in this paper. In plasma polymerized lemongrass oil fi lm, Schottky conduction is observed and we found that the Schottky barrier height depends on the applied field, the field direction and the electrodes used.
