Abstract
Involvement of the duodenum in Crohn's disease is uncommon, and the pa thomechanism of the associated acute pancreatitis remains controversia l. We describe a case of Crohn's disese with duodenal involvement asso ciated with hyperamylasemia and malabsorption showing a favorable resp onse to steroid treatment.
