Abstract
In this work Sertoli cells were identified in the semen of subfertile men using transmission electron microscopy. This observation is rare a nd has only been reported before once. These results would favour of s eminiferous epithelium alterations and could be correlated with the pr esence of immature seminal line elements or non sperm cells in prospec tive studies.
